3. You agree that Idiot World's service is 'as is'.
4. You agree that Idiot World is not responsible for anything, that you are using Idiot World's service at your own risk.

Your account can be deleted by the following reasons:
Exploiting a bug, creating undesirable results.
Spamming bulletin boards.
The usage of multiple accounts on a single computer.
Any actions Idiot World considers to be detrimental to others.
